Texting In App
MarketSharp has released a new feature called in-app texting.
This allows you to see your text messages and responses from clients in the system itself.
No longer will you need to check emails for the text responses. (This will only be used for clients as it will not allow you to text employees from this new feature.)
When you first log into the system you will see the dashboard and the in-app texting feature at the bottom right have corner of your screen.
You will see all of your text outs and then you can click on the text message to then pop open in the in-app messaging to see the replies and also respond back.
If the contact has multiple phone numbers you will be able to select the number you wish to send the text message to. (no templates are available using in-app texting)
You can click on the name in the in-app texting to access the contact record.
To collapse the text messages click on the down arrow in the top right hand corner of the pop-up.
